I have really enjoyed the mindfulness course, it is so much better in a group setting than just reading from the internet.
After a challenging family problem many years ago, it left me continuing to ruminate and catastrophising. This was so frustrating as I have a happy fulfilled life, with life’s challenges.
Mindfulness has helped me so much, I am no longer ruminating as much, work in progress! I have the tools now and feel so much happier in myself. I would recommend to anyone.

This course was a lovely gentle introduction to mindfulness, exploring the benefits, background and daily habits that can be built in to your lifeto help with negative thinking, sleep & anxiety. Over the 7 weeks I have become calmerusing meditationand learning to 'breathe'. It's helped me personally & I have shared my learning with others.
Having joined the course 2 weeks into it, Jane Marie helped me catch up and provided information and meditations that I had missed. The other ladies and gentleman made me very welcome and on completing the course I feel a better person and I am looking forwrd to attending the follow-on group that Jane Marie does.
