Hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP & Coaching - as appropriate

Sessions are client led and tailored specifically to your needs.  I deliberately do not offer block appointments (like many other practitioners) as you will know when therapy is no longer needed.  This could be as early as after the first session.  The vast majority of my clients require between 1 and 5 sessions to sort out their problem.

£75 per session (approximately 90 minutes, allow 2 hours for the first session)

Smoking or Vaping Cessation

x1 intensive 2hr session.  Most clients quit completely after the first tailored session, however a second complimentary session is offered if you go back to the habit within a month of treatment.
